DLAM, also known as Restauro® Classic 2mm, is a beautifully crafted, mouth-blown window glass designed specifically for heritage restoration projects. With its pronounced surface distortions, this glass mimics the authentic appearance of 17th and 18th-century windows. The natural, irregular texture—complete with bubbles and streaks—creates a unique optical effect that is essential for maintaining the historical character of colonial-style buildings.

  • Production Process: These are both mouth-blown restoration glasses. DLAM is designed to reproduce glass characteristics from earlier periods with a traditional, irregular surface, while LAM-HO has a finer, more subdued texture.

  • Key Features: Both are ideal for high-quality restoration work, where the aim is to replicate the feel of traditional hand-crafted glass.

At Heritage Glass, we strive to ensure our products meet the highest standards. If you encounter any issues with your order, the following guidelines will help streamline your return or replacement process.

  • Notice Period: A 72-hour notice is required for any order or delivery concerns. Please submit your concerns via email to customerservice@pearsons-glass.co.uk, including supporting images for quality issues.
  • Returns & Rework: In cases of quality concerns, we may request items to be returned for inspection and rework before agreeing to replacements. This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide the best solution.
  • Quality Check: All products must be checked against our provided quality guidelines. Concerns raised outside of these guidelines will be subject to review.
  • Shipping Options: We offer nationwide delivery via our fleet of bespoke glass-carrying vehicles or through palletized network carriers.
