DREST or RESTOVER® is a historically accurate glass designed to replicate the appearance of window glass from the early 20th century. With its thin profile, RESTOVER® is ideal for seamless installation in heritage window frames and traditional profiles, ensuring both authenticity and ease of use in restoration projects. Perfect for maintaining the historical integrity of period properties, this glass offers modern performance while preserving the classic aesthetic.

  • Production Process: Made using the Fourcault process as well, DREST glass closely resembles the window glass typical of the early 19th century. The machine-drawing process gives it a slightly wavy surface that enhances its historical authenticity.

  • Key Features: It has high light transmission (>90%), making it suitable for restoration projects while preserving the building’s original look. This glass is ideal for restoring windows in historic structures.
